In 2005 I transferred to a position in the Training Department dealing with both existing and new staff completing the Apprenticeship programme.
By this time TUI Travel Group had taken over The Travel House in 1998. I worked in a large team dealing with the writing and delivery of training as well as completing my Assessor and IV qualifications and putting these into practice.
After ten years of working with Thomson and The Travel House Group there was a large restructure and in December of 2004 I had to make a choice to re-locate to Coventry or to take voluntary redundancy. I decided to take the redundancy and over the next few months worked with my ex colleague at TUI, Hayley James to set up Vocations Ltd by April 2005"
